We are excited to introduce The (ART) Exchange at Underground Atlanta to Atlanta’s arts & culture community. Located in the Upper Exchange at Underground Atlanta, The (ART) Exchange is a combination of available retail spaces and common areas dedicated to arts and cultural related programming. The area includes in-line spaces ranging from 510 sq. ft. – 1,668 sq. ft., glass windows for galleries and exhibits, over 7,300 sq. ft. of open areas for displays and installations, restrooms and storage, all of which have access to Upper Alabama Street and the interior of Underground Atlanta. The (ART) Exchange is ideal for: workshops, classes, art shows & galleries, exhibits, meetings, retail outlets and more. Adjacent to this cultural zone is the ACVB Visitors Center & Theater and AtlanTIX ticket office plus outdoor space that is suited for creative programming and art. The ART Exchange has been utilized by a variety of artists and organizations: The APEX Museum, Atlanta Cyclorama, SCAD-Atlanta, OCA ArtsCOOL, Peachtree Village International Film Festival, GSU’s Welch School for Art & Design, CENCIA, C4-Atlanta, Elevate, Sammie Nicely, Youth Art Ensemble, African-American Cinema Gallery and more.
